The date of our annual meeting has been changed ****

THE MEETING PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED FOR JANUARY 10, 2012 WILL NOW TAKE PLACE ON JANUARY 17, 2012
The Annual Meeting of the Court Square Condominium Association will be held on January 17, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the former South Boston Yoga space of the Macallen Building.  As previously stated, this is an important meeting and all owners are encouraged to attend.
The Trustees apologize in advance for the date change, however, Tim Pappas is going to be unavailable due to the birth of his second child, which was due on 12/31 and is now late.  The induction date presented a conflict for the meeting.

2. 2011 Budget and Proposed 2012 Budget.
3. Condominium Dues.
4. Election of Trustee for Open Seat.
5. Other.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MEETING LOCATION IS CHANGED.  THE NEW LOCATION WILL BE THE FORMER SOUTH BOSTON YOGA STUDIO SPACE.  FOR ANYONE THAT IS NOT CLEAR ON THIS LOCATION, YOU MAY ASK EITHER FRONT DESK CONCIERGE.  HOWEVER, THIS IS THE RETAIL SPACE IN THE MACALLEN BUILDING, NEXT DOOR TO AVANTI SALON (ADJACENT TO WEST FOURTH STREET).

NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

The Annual Meeting of the Court Square Condominium Association will be held on January 10, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the screening room of the Macallen Building. This is an especially important meeting, and the Trustees strongly recommend and urge all Owners to attend. As many of you have heard, a change of ownership is taking place with respect to the Developer- owned units in The Macallen Building. We are aware that there are a lot of rumors and speculation surrounding the impact of this ownership transfer, and it is important that all Owners be aware of the facts. We expect to have present an attorney who has been engaged to represent the interests of the Condominium Association and the Owners.

We have also invited a representative of the company that will become the owner of the Developer-owned units in Macallen, so that they can provide details on their future plans.

Please note: A letter was sent to the renters of those Developer-owned units in Macallen last week that provided a new management contact, but this change concerns the Developer Units in Macallen only.
At present, the Court Square Press Condominium Association is still managed by Pappas Properties, Inc. and issues related to either the Court Square Press Building or Macallen should be addressed to Chris Mullen, Building Manager.

Agenda Items Will Include:

1. Review of Issues Relating to the Developer Units.
2. 2011 Budget and Proposed 2012 Budget.
3. Condominium Dues.
4. Election of Trustee for Open Seat.
5. Other.
